The Outpatient, Home & Community Based Program Director is an independently licensed master’s level clinician who serves as the primary supervisor and manager for all staff within their region. The Program Director will guide the staff, assist in the development, treatment, methodologies, and ensure the effective implementation of all in-home treatment, as well as local, state, and federal program oversight for the agency and our clients. They are also responsible for the management of all staff and the content and implementation of treatment plans.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Independent License (LICSW or LCMHC) in the state of New Hampshire
• Master’s degree in a Mental Health or a related field.
• Five or more years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
• At least one year of clinical supervision or clinical program development experience.
• Understanding of federal, state, and agency guidelines related to clinical policies.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel within their region.
