Spire London East Hospital is recruiting an Outpatient Healthcare Assistant to join our experienced team. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) involves supporting nurses with phlebotomy, ECGs and vital observations in a busy outpatient department, while helping ensure high-quality patient care.

You should have at least 1 year of HCA experience in a clinical setting, be IT literate and customer-focused, and be flexible to work a rota that includes some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an HCA in a clinical environment.
• Phlebotomy trained; adult experience essential; paediatrics desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Nurses in outpatient department including Phlebotomy, ECGs and general observations.
• Assist in the smooth operation of clinics and provide first-class service to patients.
