Circle Health Group is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the Outpatients department at The Sloane Hospital in Kent. This full-time position (37.5 hours weekly) offers a salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, with a flexible shift pattern.

The role requires proven leadership in a senior nursing or clinical management role, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to manage performance, budgets and service transformation in a private healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and leadership experience.
• Experience leading nursing teams in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of governance and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care.
• Act as clinical leader and provide expert advice to staff.
