Job summary

APCOA Parking UK is looking for a Civil Enforcement Officer in High Wycombe for a part-time role, 18 hours per week, with a permanent Saturday shift. You will help keep roads moving by ensuring parking policies are followed and by assisting the public.

This role offers weekend work with flexibility around other commitments, including Sundays when required, and provides uniform, a mobile allowance and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer care skills and the ability to converse in a friendly and effective manner.
• Comfort with patrolling streets and car parks and issuing notices when required.
• Able to report defects to street furniture and assist the public on parking rules.

Responsibilities

• Patrol public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
• Guide the public on parking provisions and explain rules clearly.
• Report defects to street furniture such as signs and road markings.
