Job summary

APCOA PARKING UK in Bromley is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer. You will patrol streets and council car parks, advise the public and uphold parking restrictions while issuing tickets.

This full‑time role is 42.5 hours weekly with a salary of £29,503.50 per year, rising to £32,708 from 1 November 2026. A CBT license is required or you must be willing to train for one.

Qualifications

• Patrolling streets and council car parks, advising and upholding parking restrictions.
• Issuing parking tickets with no targets, focusing on positive local impact.
• Reporting defects to street furniture and looking out for civil law violations.
• Providing a high level of all-round customer service and practical guidance.
