Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited, through NSL, is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers and to carry out duties including patrolling public car parks and streets, briefing the team daily and handling escalated queries from the public. You will also perform Civil Enforcement Officer duties as part of the role.

The position requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, the ability to work outdoors, and prior supervisory experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Civil Enforcement Officers.
• Carrying out daily team briefings.
• Dealing with escalated queries from colleagues and the public.
• Tracking and monitoring KPIs.
• Patrolling public car parks and streets as part of the Civil Enforcement Officer duties.
• Advising members of the public and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.
