Job summary

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a Site Operative for Otterburn Training Camp. This ad‑hoc, flexible role offers early morning or late afternoon shifts with a minimum 8 hours per month and permanent, variable hours. Salary is £13.99 per hour, with work near Otterburn, Northumberland.

You will perform cleaning, grounds maintenance, vehicle operation and basic admin, supporting a Defence Training Estate environment. BPSS clearance is noted as mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning tasks completed to an agreed standard.
• Grounds maintenance across the Training Estate.
• Driving and operating fleet vehicles.
• Maintaining the safety, condition and readiness of the Defence Training Estate.
• Completing handover and handback of accommodation with the relevant paperwork.
• Completing basic administration using tablets and paper-based systems.
