Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the centre.
• Oversee EHCPs, personalised learning plans and statutory processes.
• Provide guidance, coaching and line-management to education staff.
• Support safeguarding as part of the DSL/DDSL team.
• Collaborate with therapy teams to deliver holistic support.
• Contribute to strategic development and continuous improvement.
• Promote and model outdoor learning in all weather conditions.
