Job summary

• Daily operational leadership alongside the Headteacher
• Line management, professional support and accountability for the teaching team
• Strategic oversight of SEND, including EHCP implementation, monitoring and review
• Maintaining high safeguarding standards as DDSL
• Leading teaching, learning, behaviour and inclusion across the provision
• Contributing to whole-school improvement and personalised educational pathways
• Promoting a collaborative, solution-focused culture within a multidisciplinary team
