Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking Recycling Operatives to join a busy Bellshill site. This hands-on role involves sorting and moving recyclable materials outdoors, while following safety procedures and wearing PPE.

You should be physically fit, reliable and able to work as part of a team. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential. We offer weekly pay, overtime, and a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Reliable and hardworking, with a good attitude.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in yard environments.

Responsibilities

• Sort and separate recyclable materials.
• Handle materials including metals and other recyclables.
• Load, unload and move materials around the site.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Support the yard team with general duties.
• Follow site procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
• Wear PPE at all times.
