Job summary

Lupine Adventure Co-op in Leeds is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the client management team, handle kit logistics, and assist with office administration and expedition delivery.

Starting January 2027, the role offers flexible hours (0.6–1.0 FTE) with annualised hours and potential six weeks off in summer. Some weekend delivery work and an Enhanced DBS check are required, with occasional home-working opportunities and Nest pension support.

Qualifications

• Packing, unpacking and repairing kit.
• Setting up expeditions on our IT systems.
• Creating summaries of participants and medical conditions.
• Conducting person-specific medical risk assessments working within established procedures.
