Job summary

Bohunt Education Trust is seeking an Outdoor Administrator to support the DofE and outdoor programmes across its academies. The role involves coordinating trips, residentials, and expeditions, plus ensuring safety checks and data management are up to date.

The post is full-time with term-time flexibility and may require two days across BET with remaining days at Bohunt School. A strong focus on safeguarding and OHS processes will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of high quality outdoor provision within Bohunt School and across BET through administrative support
• Helping to plan, prep & organise off-site trips, residentials, interventions and expeditions
• Ensuring health and safety checks, inventories, EVOLVE and risk assessments are up-to-date before courses/programmes begin
• System management and data analysis across various school and Trust programmes
• Supporting the annual DofE plan that strives to continually improve the safety and quality of the BET DofE experience and completion rates
• Using eDofE to support the delivery, performance and management of DofE
• Supporting participants to complete their DofE Awards
• Working to promote DofE across the schools and local communities
