Job summary

Publica Group Ltd is hiring a Civil Enforcement Officer in Cirencester. You will work outdoors, manage council car parks, assist drivers and the community, and help keep traffic moving smoothly. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

The role operates on a 4-week rota with occasional weekends and bank holidays. A full UK driving license and basic computer skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to operate handheld devices and record data.
• Driving license and ability to travel to multiple sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Regulate parking spaces by advising drivers where to park.
• Patrol parking bays and ensure turnover of vehicles in limited spaces.
• Issue penalty charge notices when regulations are contravened.
• Gather evidence, take notes and photographs, and maintain records.
• Act as an ambassador for the area, advising visitors on local amenities.
