BSN & Co Ltd is seeking an experienced Outdoor Nursery Manager to lead a busy outdoor nursery, working hands-on with the team on the ground.

You will ensure high-quality EYFS delivery, safeguarding, health and safety, Ofsted compliance, and build strong relationships with parents.

The role offers autonomy, ongoing training, and career progression within a supportive ownership structure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a nursery manager in a busy setting.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• A genuine passion for outdoor learning and outdoor nursery practice.
• Confident leadership and excellent organisational skills.
• A driver (essential).

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, confident and passionate hands-on nursery manager (the role isn't office based, the nursery manager is expected to be close to the team on the ground) to take ownership leading a busy well-established outdoor nursery that puts nature, wellbeing, and child-led learning and growth first.

The Outdoor Nursery Manager Role

As nursery manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the outdoor nursery, including:
