Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep our world-class facilities in peak condition on site in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be the hands-on expert in the Facilities Services department, handling planned and reactive maintenance to ensure a safe, high-quality environment for colleagues and visitors.

The role requires a proven background in facilities maintenance, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to work independently across a varied workload.

Qualifications

• Proven background in facilities maintenance or a similar trade.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience operating specialised access equipment such as scissor lifts, cherry pickers, or telehandlers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities team with ad-hoc maintenance requests.
• Chaperone visitors and act as a professional point of contact.
• Manage waste disposal in line with recycling policies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the facilities.

The Facilities department manages the upkeep and operational integrity of our estate. This team handles everything from planned preventative maintenance to reactive repairs, ensuring a safe and high‑quality environment for all colleagues and visitors.

You will be the go‑to person for keeping our outdoor and indoor environments in top shape, ensuring every corner of our premises meets our high standards.
