Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting temporary Multi-Drop Postal/Parcel Delivery Drivers in Bridgnorth on behalf of Royal Mail. The role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy outdoor work and delivering high-quality customer service.

Shifts run 8:30am–8pm with a flexible schedule; pay is £13.69 per hour for up to 30 hours per week. The position involves walking up to 8 miles daily and handling mail and parcels with a handheld route device.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Excellent time management with a customer-first approach.
• Delivery or commercial driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start shifts at the local delivery office to sort and load deliveries.
• Deliver mail and parcels by vehicle and on foot; may walk up to 8 miles daily.
• Use a handheld device to navigate routes and capture customer signatures.
• Safely lift mail bags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg; use trolleys as needed.
