ECL's Bocking Roundwood Day Opportunities Service is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our unique service. Set within 8 acres of beautiful landscape, you’ll work with adults with learning disabilities and autism to develop skills, confidence and independence through person-centred activities, horticulture projects, wildlife spaces and meaningful daily outcomes.

This role requires compassion, flexibility and a willingness to log progress and support

Qualifications

• To be considered as Support Worker you need passion for providing a high level of care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to provide personal care and log information digitally.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities and autism to develop skills, confidence and independence.
• Lead person-centred activities, horticultural sessions and life-skill development.
• Promote independence, choice and inclusion through engaging outdoor learning.
