Set within 8 acres of landscape, Bocking Roundwood offers inspiring environments with polytunnels, greenhouses and meaningful learning opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

This is more than a support role: you'll work with customers to develop skills, confidence and independence through person-centred activities, including growing

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing high level of care to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Empathetic approach.
• Willing to provide personal care.
• Basic IT skills for logging customer information.
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
• Able to work flexibly.
• Live by ECL's values of caring, excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to develop skills, confidence and independence through person-centred activities.
• Assist with horticultural activities and outdoor learning.
• Document activities, outcomes and support records.
