Job summary

All Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Labourer to join our team in Sittingbourne. You’ll work across approximately 9.5 acres of outdoor grounds, supporting upkeep and maintenance of the site with machinery and equipment in all weather conditions.

The role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, paying £12.71 per hour for a 47.5-hour week. A valid UK driving licence and experience in outdoor maintenance are required; training will be provided to learn equipment like

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in maintenance or grounds/ outdoor site work advisable.
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and operate machinery such as jet-washers, vacuum tankers and sweepers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; potential for supervisory progression.

Responsibilities

• General site repairs & maintenance of buildings and hard surfaces.
• Landscaping and gardening support across the grounds.
• Drainage clearance and plumbing assistance as needed.
• Jet-washing, vacuum tanker and gulley-sucking operations.
• Road sweeping and litter picking throughout the site.
