Job summary

Falcon Tower Crane Services in Shipdham, Norfolk are hiring a Depot Grounds & Maintenance Operative to join our Construction and Maintenance Department. The role involves maintaining a clean, tidy and safe environment across the Depot grounds, buildings, entrances, walkways and car parks, with opportunities to support our Construction Team at various locations.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you excel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in grounds/maintenance or labouring.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools safely.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Fault finding experience.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, entrances, walkways and car parks.
• Support Construction Team at various locations.
• Work outdoors using hand and power tools.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and risk assessments.
• Travel to other sites as required.
