Job summary

The role involves grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, litter picking, and winter services including gritting and snow clearance. A full UK driving licence is preferred for vehicle roles.

Qualifications

Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments.
Good understanding of smartphone technology and apps.
Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
Full UK driving licence is preferred for roles involving company vehicles.
PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus.

Responsibilities

Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking.
Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively.
Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation.
Report site hazards and relevant information to management.
Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required.
