Learning Curve Day Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) to work with babies to preschoolers. The role emphasizes outdoor learning through our Forest School and a strong ethos of curiosity and exploration.

A permanent position with 20–40 hours per week is offered, including CPD opportunities and various staff benefits. The nursery supports a 5% employer pension, discount cards, and 50% fee discount for sessions on work days, among other perks.

Qualifications

• Interest in caring for children aged 0-5.
• Confident communicator with good listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities focusing on individual children's interests.
• Maintain development, progress, and observation records with support from the Room Leader.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with parents/carers to integrate children into the nursery.
• Work with staff to promote good practices within the nursery.
