Little Forest Folk Chiswick invites applications for an Early Years Forest Nursery Apprentice on a 40-hour week in London. You will complete a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship while delivering high-quality outdoor learning for 2-5 year olds.

The role includes being a key person, supporting planning and assessments, safeguarding, and building strong relationships with children and families in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English or equivalent, or willingness to work towards the required level of functional skills alongside the apprenticeship.
• Experience working with 2-5 year olds desirable
• Team player, enthusiastic, creative, high-energy, outstanding with children and dedicated to having fun

Responsabilités

• Acting as a key person for a group of children
• Supporting planning, observations and assessments
• Ensuring safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing of all children at all times
• Use your passion for the outdoors to deliver a fantastic experience for our children
• Work with your team to create an enabling environment where children can develop and learn through play
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
