Royal Mail Group in Paisley is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term contract for 9 months. You will deliver letters and parcels across your local area, join a trusted national service, and work a 30-hour, 5-days-in-7 shift including Sundays.

You’ll need a full manual UK driving licence (max 6 points) and enjoy working outdoors in all weathers. Full training is provided, with overtime paid and a monthly salary calculated from £13.68 per hour.

Formación

• Full manual UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit for long walks and lifting mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work outdoors in all weathers.

Responsabilidades

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in the local area.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Follow rotating shift patterns including Sundays.
