Job summary

Planet Consulting Group Limited in Aberdeen is recruiting a Community Enforcement Officer to patrol local areas, engage with residents and businesses, and help reduce littering and antisocial behaviour. You will carry out environmental enforcement, issue Fixed Penalty Notices when required, and work in partnership with Aberdeen City Council.

Full training, a company vehicle during working hours, and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in enforcement or public-facing roles is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol local areas on foot and by vehicle across Aberdeen.
• Engage positively with residents, businesses and community groups.
• Investigate reports of environmental offences and gather evidence.
• Issue Fixed Penalty Notices where offences are witnessed.
• Provide education and advice to prevent environmental crime.
• Support Aberdeen City Council's environmental objectives.
