Job summary

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking an Outdoor Activity Centre Instructor to deliver engaging, action-packed experiences for our guests. You will coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and memorable moments in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities include setting up activities, maintaining equipment, performing safety checks, keeping areas clean and presentable, and guiding participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role.
• Confident, sociable and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests.
• Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards.
• Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented.
• Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
