Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland at Woburn Forest is seeking an enthusiastic Instructor to deliver fun, action-packed outdoor experiences for guests. You will coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and memorable moments in a dynamic environment.

The role is part-time with a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4-week cycle, requiring flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. DBS check is required before starting.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role.
• Confident, sociable and works well in a team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
• Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
• Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
• Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
