Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Guest Services Assistant at Woburn Forest. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, answer questions by phone and in person, and help with activity bookings while maintaining a friendly, helpful presence on site.

The role is part‑time with shifts from 8:00 to 22:00, and a minimum 60 hours across a 4‑week cycle. Training and career development are provided in a supportive team environment.

• Comfortable with booking systems (or happy to learn).
• Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems.

Guest Services Assistant

Woburn Forest | £13.20 per hour

What you’ll be doing

• Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
• Answering questions by phone and in person
• Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am to 10:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
