You’ll play a big part in keeping our customers protected by offering a handy insurance plan that covers household appliances from accidental damage and breakdowns. Whether it’s keeping the kids’ school uniforms clean or making sure dinner’s always in the oven on time, it’s important that our customers’ appliances are always running smoothly.

We know how much you earn and how much you work is super important, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered;
• Competitive basic salary of £29,545.40
• Uncapped commission which we can back up - 85% of our team took home £50K OTE last year, and our top earners over £65K
• Remote working after 3-6 months
• Sociable working hours Mon - Fri 8.30am-5pm
• Realistic and achievable targets designed to be achieved
We like to keep things simple, so you’ll be on a dialler doing over 60 calls a day and our customers will be ready to speak to within days of them placing their orders online. All of our calls are warm so no cold calling here! You’ll find out a bit about our customers and why they’ve bought a new appliance and establish a need to be able to sell a really beneficial service. After digging into the nitty-gritty, you’ll share the many perks of our AO Care insurance plan and get them on board, meaning our customers have peace of mind and you hit your targets, win win!
You’ll be working in a fast paced and high volume sales environment where most of our team are making at least 10 sales a day so that "buzz" of closing a sale keeps you ready and raring to go.
Nobody likes a pushy salesperson, so you’ll take a consultative approach with our customers. We trust you, and your experience, to get the best results.
• Currently working in a like for like, fast-paced, sales environment
• Have the drive to hit your goals, both in and out of work
• Be highly money motivated and love working towards weekly sales targets
• Super resilient and have a positive mindset, being able to turn past failings into lessons for success
• Exceptional sales ability and can effectively fact find and pitch with passion
• Be able to confidently talk through your sales experience throughout the recruitment process
