Reed.co.uk is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive to join their Sales Team in Liverpool. You will develop new business with UK recruitment consultancies, managing outbound activity, and building relationships.

You’ll receive structured training, coaching, and real-world sales experience, with a hybrid working pattern and a pay range of £27,000–£28,500 plus uncapped commission and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and resilient under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in building relationships at all levels.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ideally, recruitment marketplace experience (not essential).
