Customer Booking Agent (Outbound)

Quorum Business Park, Newcastle, NE12 8BU

Salary: £20,820.80 + uncapped commission

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between 09:00am - 20:00pm including 45 minute paid break

Holidays: 29 days plus bank holidays increases to 31 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service

Verisure are looking for Customer Booking Agents to join our Outbound Contact Centre team in Quorum Business Park, Newcastle. You will be working in a call centre environment and be part of a large, diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls and booking free consultation appointments with potential new customers

  • Creating prospects and recording data in the system

  • Responding to pre-sale customer queries as well as supporting internally about the products/services we offer

  • Liaising internally with various departments to finalize the booking process as well as contracts

Essential Skills:

  • Customer service experience from any background

  • Organisational skills

  • A polite, friendly, and informative telephone manner

  • Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality

  • Accurate data capture and typing skills

  • Excellent communication skills with problem solving aptitude

  • Competent IT and Microsoft Office skills
