A leading company in security systems is seeking a Customer Booking Agent for their Inbound Contact Centre in Newcastle. Location: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle, NE12 8BU
Salary: £22,250 + uncapped commission
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between 3pm - 9pm including paid break
Holidays: 29 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 31 days plus bank holidays after 1 year of service
