Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in Surrey are seeking an experienced Outage Manager to own outage planning across a major infrastructure programme. You will develop detailed schedules, coordinate labour, engineers and contractors, and ensure electrical isolations and permits are in place before works commence.

During live outages you will coordinate on-site teams, monitor progress and ensure safety, quality and operational requirements stay on track.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating outages in complex infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources and permits for live operations.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own outage planning from strategy through live delivery across a major programme.
• Develop detailed schedules and coordinate labour, engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure electrical isolations, permits and controls are in place before works commence.
• Coordinate on-site during outages, monitor progress and manage changes to keep on track.
