Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Outage Planning Engineer to join the Wider Engineering Team. You will plan, coordinate and deliver major outages, inspections and maintenance campaigns, working with site outage teams, contractors and stakeholders to meet timescales and budgets.

You should have a maintenance planning background with exposure to power generation or related industries and be skilled in managing complex outage programmes and contract management.

Qualifications

• Experience in outage planning within a large-scale industrial environment.
• Experience planning major outages, shutdowns, inspections or overhauls.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of major planned outages and ensure KPIs for safety, programme, cost and quality are met.
• Develop and manage integrated outage schedules with milestones, critical paths and resources.
• Coordinate with Site Outage Managers, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, H&S, Environmental and Finance teams.
