Job summary

Meon Travel Ltd invites an Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant to provide exceptional support to business travellers and repatriation clients, including outside standard hours. 37.5 hours per week, with evening and weekend shifts; homebased after training in Petersfield.

You will handle end-to-end bookings across air, rail, car, and accommodation, build strong client relationships, drive improvements, and work closely with the day-team and management to ensure seamless handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end travel reservations across air, rail, car and accommodation.
• Strong client relationship management and upselling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
• Attention to detail and compliance in travel bookings.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end reservations: Manage reservations across air, rail, car hire and accommodation per policy.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain relationships; act as an ambassador for Meon Travel.
• Continuous improvement: Drive customer satisfaction, analyze root causes, share best practices.
• Seamless continuity: Coordinate with day-team and management for handovers and escalations.
