Job summary

Experis IT in Perth, Scotland, is seeking an OT Technical Systems Manager to lead governance across operational technology platforms and ensure resilience of critical control environments. The role is on-site 1-2 days per week with a duration to 31 March 2027.

You will drive compliance, vulnerability management and platform lifecycle improvements, coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver robust engineering controls within regulated contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience governance/configuration/lifecycle for OT platforms (DMS, SCADA, data historians, telemetry)
• Proven ability to lead OT cyber security and vulnerability management in regulated environments
• Knowledge of engineering standards, technical controls, and assurance frameworks for complex OT systems
• Confident coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers to keep plans on track
• Leadership mindset balancing compliance, risk and resilience

What you'll be doing:

• Lead technical governance and oversight across operational technology and control-system environments
• Drive compliance, resilience, and technical assurance across OT platforms including DMS, SCADA, data historians, telemetry, and communications systems
• Support vulnerability management and OT cyber security activities within regulated/critical infrastructure contexts
• Own platform life cycle management, including upgrades, operational readiness, and technical roadmaps
• Apply engineering standards, technical controls, and assurance frameworks to strengthen system governance
• Manage stakeholders and suppliers to ensure technical delivery aligns with governance and assurance expectations
