The Transmission Cyber Security team applies security processes and standards across the business.
It protects the digital systems supporting safe, reliable electricity transmission—primarily Operational Technology—and advises on wider cyber security risks.
The team embeds secure-by-design principles in large capital and digital projects, monitors systems and assures security controls across substations, network and SCADA replacements, condition monitoring and asset management systems.
Reporting to the OT Security Engineering Manager, you will be a senior technical lead and subject matter expert, defining proportionate project security requirements and supporting teams to implement and test controls.
OT cyber security experience is important; however, the right mindset is essential: being curious, accountable, collaborative and willing to learn, with a clear understanding of how OT supports safe and reliable business operations.
