Fusion Consulting seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure security initiatives in a global pharma environment. Focus areas include OT security platforms and secure file transfer, overseeing deployment, risk management, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

The role requires coordinating across IT, OT, and security teams, managing vendors, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Proven experience delivering security platform implementations or cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of OT security, industrial cybersecurity, and IT/OT environments.
• Experience with Secure File Transfer, file security, content security, or threat prevention solutions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong vendor management and multi-site deployment experience.
• Fluent English in global/regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure security projects focusing on OT security platforms and secure file transfer solutions.
• Manage OT cybersecurity capabilities, asset visibility, threat detection, and network security.
• Coordinate across OT, Infrastructure, Network, Security Operations, and site teams.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, and milestones.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture and compliance expectations.
• Prepare and present project status, risks, and key decisions to steering committees.
