Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Operational Technology Security Consultant to help clients secure OT environments across energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and more. The role combines office, client site, and home working in a hybrid model, with pre-employment checks and SC clearance.

You will conduct site surveys, assess network security, develop policies, and deliver OT training. You will produce security artefacts, perform audits and gap analyses, and act as a trusted advisor to reduce risks for

Qualifications

• Experience in OT environments with a focus on security across energy, oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing
• OT-related network architecture, endpoint protection, governance, and awareness initiatives
• Supporting organisations in developing roadmaps and processes to improve OT security
• Understanding OT security controls and how they apply to large organisations

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to identify OT systems and offshore locations
• Assess systems and network security for compliance and best practices; perform risk assessments
• Develop OT security policies and procedures to support safe and resilient operations
• Perform audits and gap analyses to maintain compliance and improve security
• Provide practical advice and guidance to address OT security challenges; act as trusted advisor
• Produce security artefacts for future use cases; deliver OT training
