Job summary

Infosec is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team focusing on the energy sector. This permanent role involves developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, processes, and controls for Operational Technology (OT) to secure energy infra.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in OT security, familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 and related standards, and the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity with exposure to OT.
• Understanding of ISA/IEC 62443 framework.
• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Certifications such as GICSP or ISA/IEC 62443 Specialist are desirable.
• Ability to work with limited supervision within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support Threat and Risk Assessment for client products, solutions, and services.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for OT components within solutions and services.
• Provide secure design and architecture support for OT projects following Purdue Model (Levels 0-3).
• Contribute to security baselines, code-signing processes, and secure boot architecture for OT metering and embedded systems.
• Analyse firmware vulnerabilities using appropriate tools without impacting operational availability.
• Support security testing throughout the project lifecycle, including factory acceptance tests.
• Integrate OT asset visibility and threat detection platforms.
• Maintain compliance with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and other energy sector frameworks.
• Provide procedural and technical cybersecurity advice to project designers, engineers, and testers.
• Monitor and report on cybersecurity target achievements and suggest improvements.
