Darwin Recruitment seeks a Cybersecurity OT Specialist to bolster security, hardening, and resilience of OT environments. You will partner with IT and OT teams to assess risks, implement secure configurations, and drive automation for critical systems.

The role requires hands-on Ansible automation, SQL job configuration, and secure administration of OT platforms in security-sensitive settings with strict change-control and BPSS/SC clearance requirements.

Formación

• Experience securing OT/ICS/SCADA or mission-critical environments.
• Hands-on Ansible playbook development, inventory management, role design, and automation at scale.
• SQL Server administration, including SQL Agent job configuration, scheduling, and maintenance tasks.
• Strong Windows and Linux administration skills.
• Understanding of network segmentation, secure remote access, and OT logging.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and improve cybersecurity posture of OT environments including ICS/SCADA infrastructure.
• Develop and deploy Ansible playbooks and automation workflows for secure configurations across Windows and Linux.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain SQL Server jobs, schedules, and alerts.
• Support vulnerability management activities including patch coordination and remediation workflows.
• Implement security controls per IEC 62443, NIST CSF/800-82, CIS Benchmarks, and NCSC OT guidance.
• Collaborate with OT engineers to ensure changes do not impact availability or safety.
• Produce technical documentation, baselines, and runbooks.
