Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence in the United Kingdom is seeking an OT Cyber Security Senior Manager to lead the delivery of complex cyber security programmes across energy, utilities, manufacturing, aerospace, defence and critical national infrastructure. You will work with senior client stakeholders to shape security strategy and own high-profile engagements.

This role combines technical leadership with client leadership, risk-based decision making, and team development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in OT/ICS Cyber Security or Critical Infrastructure Security.
• Proven experience leading complex cyber security programmes in industrial or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of SCADA, DCS, PLC, IIoT.
• Knowledge of OT security regulations and frameworks including NIS, NIS2, CAF, and CRA.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OT cyber security projects within highly regulated environments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, governance, and security requirements.
• Develop OT security frameworks and deliver key security deliverables such as threat and risk assessments, policies, procedures, and roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop security consultants and technical specialists.
• Support business development and identify growth opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
