Accenture is seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Senior Manager to own complex security programmes, lead client engagements, and grow the team’s capabilities across UK industrial sectors. The role focuses on OT/ICS security in regulated environments with adherence to industry standards.

Reporting to the Head of OT Cyber Security, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, mentor team members, and drive business development for existing accounts and new client relationships.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
• Proven track record leading complex security programmes in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of ICS (SCADA, DCS, PLC, IIoT) and security challenges.
• Strong familiarity with OT regulations and frameworks (NIS, NIS2, CAF, CRA).
• Experience coordinating technical teams and executives.
• Excellent communication translating risks to business impact.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end OT security project delivery in regulated environments with timelines and budgets.
• Act as primary client point of contact, building trust and ensuring seamless execution.
• Conduct strategy assessments, readiness evaluations, and workshops using industry frameworks.
• Identify risks at project, business, and technical levels and propose mitigations.
