Job summary

Cygnet Health Care in Birmingham is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Band 5) to join Cygnet Cedars. You will assess, implement and develop OT treatment programs for service users with learning disabilities within a 23-bed high dependency unit, working with a full MDT.

The role offers 40 hours per week, a 12-month contract, and regular clinical supervision, with on-site support and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS and reference checks are required.
• Qualified Occupational Therapist registered to practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement and develop an OT treatment programme based on service user needs.
• Work with a full multidisciplinary team to support service users from admission to discharge.
• Receive regular clinical supervision on-site, including weekly 1:1 check-ins.
