Elysium Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to support a multidisciplinary team at Victoria Gardens, Huyton, Liverpool. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will assist in planning and delivering structured activities, and in recording progress to measure recovery and outcomes.

There is a strong focus on helping service users achieve goals, develop independence and community living skills, with access to training and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
• Experience in a similar environment & Mental Health
• Verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses and other MDT staff in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans.
• Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
• Maintain records, entering details in the service user healthcare records
