• Assist the OT in delivering assessments and interventions, including group and 1-1 sessions.
• Contribute to delivering or co-facilitating elements of the group programme to promote activity, health, wellbeing and functional ability.
• Work on the ward and with individuals to access local community resources to support recovery and timely discharge.
• Plan, prepare and facilitate elements of the therapeutic group programme under OT direction.
