Job summary

South Thames Colleges Group seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the Occupational Therapist in delivering recommendations for learners with ADHD, ASD, dyspraxia, and other needs. You'll run individual or group sessions to promote functional learning and coordinate with teaching teams and families to integrate therapy into daily learning.

You will maintain records, help prepare for EHCP reviews, monitor progress, and contribute to service development across all STCG sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with learning differences such as ADHD, ASD, dyspraxia, and learning disabilities.
• Ability to plan and deliver individual and group therapy sessions within an education setting.
• Experience contributing to assessment reports or feedback for a wide audience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Occupational Therapy recommendations within learners' daily activities.
• Collaborate with teaching teams and families to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews as required.
