About the team and the role:
Today’s regulatory environment is evolving rapidly and poses significant implications for online marketplaces. eBay’s Risk and Compliance team was brought together to meet these changing business, regulatory and customer needs. We operate and maintain sophisticated risk and compliance programs, while setting consistent standards and policies globally in this constantly evolving regulatory environment.
New laws in Europe, such as the Online Safety Act (OSA) in the UK and the Digital Services Act (DSA) in the EU have established higher benchmarks in platform regulation and impose a range of requirements on platforms providing services to European users. As a result, we are looking for an experienced compliance manager to help build out eBay’s European compliance program with a focus on the OSA, to be based in eBay’s London offices.
