Opcare’s London and surrounding area (OCS) covers 13 NHS Trusts, some of the most prestigious trusts in London. This includes Great Osmond Street, The National Hospital of Neuro and Neurosurgery, UCLH and Chelsea and Westminster to name a few. OCS runs some of the leading MDT clinics in the UK, from joint diabetic clinic with the leading international diabetic podiatry surgeon, complex neuro clinic at NHNN, scoliosis clinic, complex paediatric clinics at Great Osmond Street and complex KAFO clinics. This dynamic range of extended practices and complex MDTs provides a great opportunity to be exposed to interesting and varied caseloads.
We are currently seeking an experienced Orthotist who is looking for an opportunity to develop their career and be a part of our large and dynamic team in London and Surrounding areas. We can offer full-time or part-time job positions, in some of London’s prestigious Hospitals. We currently have a position in West London/Central London. The role will involve working with a complex clinical caseload, presenting exciting opportunities to develop clinical and leadership skillsets. Due to working with some of London’s most prestigious hospitals, this opens the opportunity for career development into specialist areas and leadership.
The role will be instrumental in helping to develop and implement service improvements for the betterment of patients in London and Surrounding areas (OCS). The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and busy team and be supported with local, regional, and national training to develop their clinical skills to support the service. We aim to deliver a first-class service for users whilst applying the most advanced and exciting clinical and technical solutions available to patients.
Must also be fully HCPC Registered and preferably a member of BAPO.
