Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials in a workshop environment.
• Excellent practical and manual skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and instructions.
• Experience in orthotic manufacturing beneficial; training available.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, modify, service and repair custom orthotic devices.
• Work within a supportive team to ensure high-quality products.
• Apply plaster rectification, thermoplastic fabrication and CAD/CAM methods.
• Support apprentices and trainees where required.
